Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. If the product was damaged upon arrival, please document this and reach out to us via email at contact@gtedi.shop or Instagram DM. There is a 30-day window from your delivery date for this, any attempts beyond this point will unfortunately, not be able to be accepted. Please read the section below for further instructions.

Was your item damaged when you received it?

In the unlikely event the item you ordered is received damaged, please email us a few photos of the item, your invoice and the packaging, immediately so we can file a claim internally with the shipper.

After we have received the photos, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you, however if the item is sold out, we can issue you a refund at that point. 

Important: Each item is quality-checked and carefully packaged before it leaves our warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as we are not able to replace or provide a refund for used items.

How long will it take to process my refund?

If an item is damaged upon arrival and we deem it plausible to issue a refund receive a refund it will be processed by Gtedi within seven business days from the day the concern was relayed., provided it meets with the terms of our return policy.

  • We will usually refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order. You may be contacted for further information for some payment methods.
  • We recommend retaining your certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
  • We cannot accept used items under any circumstances
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund upon request if it does not meet with our returns policy.
